After 30 years in the industry including Senior Lecturer in Kinesiology at Iowa State University, in 2013 she founded Flipping 50® to support the unmet needs of women in menopause and beyond not being heard. It was the first and only exclusively made-for-menopause fitness membership in the world.

We now train health and fitness coaches with the Flipping 50 Menopause Fitness Specialist® business plan, so they get the education they do not receive with basic certifications or 4yr degrees.
